RE: CONFERMATION OF AFFILIATION WITH IMMANUEL : FIJNBOS BEDIENINGE: PAST JACQUES van ZYL

This is to confirm that Fijnbos Bedieninge, NPC 2019/549393/08 & NPO 238-408, represented by Pastor JACQUES JUAN VAN ZYL ID-Number 7901245211083, is affiliated with Immanuel Pentecost Ministries, Reg No. 082-926 NPO, and with Immanuel Theology Education Training Institute International (Pty) Ltd, Reg No.2021/692839/07.

Pastor Jacques is also a part time student with us and is busy with his Master Degree in Theology.

Immanuel is a Faith Based Christian Religious Training Venture that is a registered business entity with CIPC and do we only offer Christian Training Programs to students, Ministers and Leaders of Pentecost and Charismatic Faith Based organizations. We do not offer any secular world training and hence we are not obliged by law to be registered with SAQA and the Department of Higher Education, as we stand on our Constitutional and Religious Faith-Based rights, to belong to a religion of Faith, and get trained in that religion and also train and appoint our own leaders, and that no person, organization, church, or even the government may discriminate against us as per Section 29(3) of the SA Constitution. Herewith are the sections depicted in the SA constitution and Religious Faith Based Rights!

Our Rights to own a Christian Accreditation

  • According to the South African Constitution, every person has got the right to belong to a faith religion of choice and have the right to be trained in that religion of choice, even should they consider a career in that specific religion. The government is in fact obliged to train Pastors up but this is not happening as favouritism are still be given to specific religious groups and are other faith based organizations marginalized or totally ignored.  (Refer to Sec 15 of the Constitution)

  • Every person or church organization has its own lawful Constitutional Rights, Human Rights, and Religious Right to conduct studies in accordance to their religious orientations and therefore we do not have to be recognized by any other Theology Institution or Religious Organization that does not believe in our religious ways. Item (vi.) in part 3 above as covert by items 7 to 9 of the SA Charter of Religious Rights and Freedoms.

  • Our Christian training programs is not doctrine based, but Biblical based on the KJV, New KJV and Afrikaans 1933-1953 bibles. We do not use the NIV or Afrikaans New Translation Bibles that were changed to suit the Trinity Doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church.

  • Immanuel University of Theology and Immanuel Theology Education Training Entity is a Specialized Training Venture for Pentecost and Charismatic Faith Based religious organizations and hence in terms of Chapter 2: 15, 16, 18, 19, 22, 29 (3) 31, and chapter 32 of our Constitutional and Religious Rights as well as our Human rights may belong to a Religion of Faith and have the Rights to be trained in that religion of choice.

As Pentecostals and Charismatic Faith Based Christian organizations, we stand on our rights:

  • Haman rights: To have the rights to belong to any religion of faith and that men and women may serve in the religion of choice and get trained up in that religion. No person or entity may and can discriminate us for executing our human rights.

  • Constitutional Rights: In terms of the South African Constitution, we have the right to belong to a religion of choice, and that no person or entity may discriminate against us. Section 7, 9, 10, 15, 16, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34, 38, 39.

  • Religious Rights: We have the right to belong to a religion of choice, and have the right to be trained in that religion, and even to become leaders in the religion of choice, plus that no person or entity may discriminate against us.

  • The South African Charter of Religious Rights and Freedoms support our Religious Rights, especially when it comes to training in the religion of choice. This is stipulated in clauses 7 to 9 of the Bill of Rights.

This means that we don’t have to fall under the Public SAQA accreditations board, provided that we belong to a religious accredited board and train people up in accordance to the NQF Levels. (National Qualification Credit Standards relevant to a particular equivalent Credit Rating for a particular level of training. Hence the credits towards the award of certificates, diplomas and degrees must be in accordance to the NQF Credit Levels per qualification.

Kindly note that anybody, entity, organization, or even the state, that discriminates against us and violate our Human Rights, Constitutional Rights, and Religious rights are in contradiction against our rights as mentioned above. We are also protected by the Poppy Act, that states that no person or entity may post or place photos or any of our materials, staff and policies on social media or on public broadcasting media without our prior knowledge. This includes the smear campaign against us on Carte Blanche and Social Media videos circling by people and organizations.

We trust that this letter will assist Pastor Jacques and Fijnbos Bedieninge against the blaspheming and allegations posted on social media and people contacting him, making statements without paying attention to the above mentioned Human, Constitutional, and Religious Rights bills.

Regards,

E.A. van den Berg
